Subscriptions

Our publications are only for the use of those subscribing to our products.  Content from any of our products - or access codes to our online archives - may not in any form be forwarded to third parties, unless specifically granted by Mundus International. In the event of misuse the subscription will be terminated without refund of payment.

A private subscription may not be shared and our publications may not be forwarded. In the event of misuse the subscription will be terminated without refund of payment.

Subscriptions to our publications will be automatically renewed unless cancelled by the subscriber 30 days prior to the renewal date.

Limitation of liability

Our products and services, including by way of example our reports, are prepared in good faith on the basis of information available at the date of publication. All information is verified to the best of our ability. However, no warranty, implied or expressed, is given as to the quality, completeness or accuracy of the information provided through our products and services. Any action undertaken on information in the products or services is entirely at the subscriber’s risk and Mundus expressly excludes liability for any damages, direct or indirect incurred as the result of use of our products and services.

 

Mundus International provides links to a number of websites as a service to our subscribers. We cannot guarantee the accuracy of any information found on these websites and will not be held responsible for it.

Restricted access

Access to certain areas of this website is restricted and access granted to subscribers to Mundus International's publications.

If Mundus International provides your organisation with a user ID and password to enable access to the restricted subscriber area of this website, you must ensure that the user ID and password are kept confidential.  Mundus International may disable access at our sole discretion without notice.

Privacy Policy

We use your personal information to complete operations necessary to produce and distribute our products. Our publications are published in an email format using Hubspot.  If you subscribe to our publications, which is administered through  HubSpot, or if you register for our site, we will store some of your information, including your email address, IP address and certain information about the links you click within the emails we send you, on HubSpot's servers.

An “unsubscribe” option is automatically included in the footer of every campaign sent through HubSpot to comply with GDPR obligations.

Neither Mundus International, nor HubSpot, will ever sell your email address or share it with any other party, unless we are legally compelled to do so. You can access HubSpot's privacy policy here.

We use Google Analytics for analysing the website. You can review the privacy policy here.

To help us manage our relations at Mundus International, we use a customer relationship management (CRM) tool called HubSpot. This helps us to organise our contacts and only reach out when we have relevant information. If you would like us to delete you from our database, please send us an email to sean@mundus-international.com.

 

We do not sell your information to third parties.

 

We use Stripe for payments in the Mundus Store. You can access Stripe's privacy policy here.

By using this extension, you may be storing personal data or sharing data with an external service. Information shared with the payment provider to process payments includes:

-Email

-Unique payment identifier

-Payment provider identifier

How long we retain your data

We keep contact form entries for six months, analytics records for 12 months, and customer purchase records for ten years.

For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.

Cookies

If you leave a comment on our site you may opt-in to saving your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year.

 

If you have an account and you log in to this site, we will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser.

When you log in, we will also set up several cookies to save your login information and your screen display choices. Login cookies last for two days, and screen options cookies last for a year. If you select "Remember Me", your login will persist for two weeks. If you log out of your account, the login cookies will be removed.

If you edit or publish an article, an additional cookie will be saved in your browser. This cookie includes no personal data and simply indicates the post ID of the article you just edited. It expires after 1 day.

Embedded content from other websites

Articles on this site may include embedded content (e.g. videos, images, articles, etc.). Embedded content from other websites behaves in the exact same way as if the visitor has visited the other website.

These websites may collect data about you, use cookies, embed additional third-party tracking, and monitor your interaction with that embedded content, including tracing your interaction with the embedded content if you have an account and are logged in to that website.

What rights you have over your data

If you have an account on this site, or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.

What we collect and store

We collect information about you during the checkout process on our store.

While you visit our site, we’ll track:

  • Products you’ve viewed: we’ll use this to, for example, show you products you’ve recently viewed

  • Location, IP address and browser type: we’ll use this for purposes like estimating taxes and shipping

 

We’ll also use cookies to keep track of cart contents while you’re browsing our site.

When you purchase from us, we’ll ask you to provide information including your name,  email address,  credit card/payment details and optional account information like username and password. We’ll use this information for purposes, such as, to:

  • Send you information about your account and order

  • Respond to your requests, including refunds and complaints

  • Process payments and prevent fraud

  • Set up your account for our store

  • Comply with any legal obligations we have, such as calculating taxes

  • Improve our store offerings

  • Send you marketing messages, if you choose to receive them

 

If you create an account, we will store your name and email which will be used to populate the checkout for future orders.

We generally store information about you for as long as we need the information for the purposes for which we collect and use it, and we are not legally required to continue to keep it. This includes your name and email address.

Who on our team has access

Members of our team have access to the information you provide us. For example, both Administrators and Shop Managers can access:

  • Order information like what was purchased, when it was purchased and where it should be sent, and

  • Customer information like your name, email address, and billing and shipping information.

Our team members have access to this information to help fullfil orders, process refunds and support you.
