Norrsken backed Just Arrived, which connects newly-arrived immigrants with Swedish companies, is reinforcing its team according to Swedish news outlet Breakit. The Just Arrived app matches newcomers with employers in need of workers, without them having to actually hire anyone full time.
The company has just hired Yvonne Dahlberg as Marketing Executive and Madeleine Körössy as Head of Economy. Dahlberg’s most recent position was as brand- and communication manager for the recruiting company Randstad and Körössy has worked as Head of Economy for the food chain Beijing 8. Dahlberg says that she feels proud and enthusiastic about her new job: “my strong conviction is that there is a massive potential to make use of among those who are new to Sweden. One often talks about the social benefits of newly arrived getting work, but I believe that the business benefits are equally important”.
The expansion at Just Arrived will continue during the autumn and the company expects to employ another 15-20 people in the coming year.
