In 2017, Mundus International partnered with Dr Fons Trompenaars, author of the book Riding the Waves of Culture, and one of the most influential thought leaders on global culture.  Riding the Waves is now in its third edition and has been translated into 16 languages.

The latest edition of Swedish Press – North America’s exclusive source for all things Swedish since 1929 – features an interview with Fons Trompenaars and Mundus International’s Sean Williams. The article explores the central themes in the book; the definitions of cultural norms and values, and how they translate into seven cultural dimensions and also how to apply these when interacting with Swedes.
