Sweden Democrats and Left Party big winners in latest polls

 

With 47 days left until the election both the Sweden Democrats and the Left Party have taken strides forwards shows a recent opinion poll conducted by Skop writes Dagens Industri. The Sweden Democrats today have 20.7% of support, making them the 2nd biggest party. The Left Party poll at 10.3%, an increase by 4.6% since the last elections. The Left Party has during a month increased by 2.7%. Both the Moderate Party and the Social Democrats lost support compared to last month’s opinion poll. The Moderates are now polling 4.1% less than the elections in 2014, losing a fifth of their voters to the Sweden Democrats. The Social Democrats are currently polling 5.1% lower than the 2014 elections, having lost a tenth of their voters to the Sweden Democrats and another tenth to the Left Party. The Red-Green block poll in total at 39.7% while the Alliance polled at 37.5%.
