Access to certain areas of this website is restricted and access granted to subscribers to Mundus International's publications.
If Mundus International provides your organisation with a user ID and password to enable access to the restricted subscriber area of this website, you must ensure that the user ID and password are kept confidential. Mundus International may disable access at our sole discretion without notice.
We use your personal information to complete operations necessary to produce and distribute our products. Our research & analysis publications are published as a PDF-file via email. Our news products are published in an email format using MailChimp. If you sign up for Mundus News, which is administered through MailChimp and HubSpot, or if you register for our site, we will store some of your information, including your email address, IP address and certain information about the links you click within the emails we send you, on MailChimp and HubSpot's servers.
An “unsubscribe” option is automatically included in the footer of every campaign sent through MailChimp and HubSpot to comply with GDPR obligations.
To help us manage our relations at Mundus International, we use a customer relationship management (CRM) tool called HubSpot. This helps us to organise our contacts and only reach out when we have relevant information. If you would like us to delete you from our database, please send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
We do not sell your information to third parties.

How long we retain your data
We keep contact form entries for six months, analytics records for 12 months, and customer purchase records for ten years.
For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.

What we collect and store
We collect information about you during the checkout process on our store.
While you visit our site, we’ll track:

Who on our team has access
Members of our team have access to the information you provide us. For example, both Administrators and Shop Managers can access:
- Order information like what was purchased, when it was purchased and where it should be sent, and
- Customer information like your name, email address, and billing and shipping information.
Our team members have access to this information to help fullfil orders, process refunds and support you.
